Kearney’s downtown kitchen store, Look What’s Cookin’, asked me to teach a cooking class called, “Easy, Energizing Meals and Snacks” that will teach you everything you need to know about creating delicious meals and snacks that will keep you energized all day.
This class is truly for anyone - whether you live an active lifestyle and need guidance on how to stay energized through your workouts or you are thinking about making some healthy changes to lose weight and get fit.
