Have you ever been eating a piece of pumpkin pie and thought, “I wish I could just drink this delicious pumpkin pie”?
I haven’t either, but I have discovered a treat you can sip that tastes just like pumpkin pie. This Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is absolutely delish. It tastes decadent, but has a fraction of the calories of a piece of pumpkin pie and even contains good-for-you ingredients.
I made this after dinner for a healthy dessert, but you could also make this for breakfast.
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
1 cup non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
1/2 cup canned 100% pure pumpkin
frozen banana, cut into chunks
1/2 tsp. pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
pinch pumpkin pie spice
Place everything in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
